To help us provide you with the very best service at the lowest possible prices and avoid confusion and misunderstandings, we ask that you read the Terms and Conditions below carefully.
By booking, registering for, making a payment towards, or participating in a tour or other travel products or services with ZoerTravel, you agree to the Terms that apply to that package in effect at the time of your booking. These Terms represent a legally binding contract.

Bookings and Prices
By making travel bookings on our website or with one of our agents, or otherwise purchasing any travel services offered by ZoerTravel, you warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
- You accept and agree to all the Terms presented herein.
- All information supplied by you for the purposes of that booking is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Payments, Refunds and Credit
Payments are to be made by EFT only. No payments will be accepted at our office premises.
Refunds will be processed and paid as promptly as possible. If we need to recover funds already paid to our partners for your services, your refund will be issued after those funds have been recovered. Most refunds are processed within six weeks of being requested.
Refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the same card, provided the refund does not exceed the amount paid on the card.

Changes
Changes such as the name of passengers will not be allowed.

Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of 30% per person is payable at the time of booking.

Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of an unforeseen and unpreventable occurrence caused by a natural or unnatural force (e.g., admission to hospital, death), ZoerTravel will not issue any refunds for deposits or full payments.

Trip Operation
In rare cases, due to circumstances beyond our control and for the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our travelers, it may become necessary to make major changes to our itineraries or cancel a departure entirely.
Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and will make every effort to obtain refunds from our suppliers. However, we cannot guarantee a full refund for all unused services (especially for ticketed flights).

Passports, Visa and Entry Requirements
Some countries, airports, or ports may require the payment of entry or exit fees, border crossing fees, or other taxes/fees upon arrival or departure. These must be paid directly by the traveler and are not included in our package prices.
While we aim to inform you of such fees in advance, ZoerTravel is not responsible for any omissions or errors.

Your Information and Privacy
You are responsible for verifying that all information provided for yourself and other travelers is complete and accurate. ZoerTravel is not liable for any errors, omissions, or associated fees caused by incorrect information.

Miscellaneous
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the traveler and ZoerTravel. There is no additional liability beyond what is stated herein.
